| Women-to Women This women's group meets on a monthly basis to socialize, discuss and develop ways to increase and improve women participation in the church. The goal is to develop a closer spiritual fellowship among the women of the church. Guests are welcome. |
| Turning Point This all male group meets on a monthly basis at a breakfast meeting to socialize, discuss and develop strategies to increase and improve male participation in the church. The goal is to develop a closer spiritual fellowship among the men of the church. Guests are welcome to attend. |

| Teen Connection This group of young people ages 14-17 meet on a monthly basis and conducts a variety of activities geared toward teenagers to strengthen their spiritual commitment. The goal is to provide wholesome recreation for the teenagers of our church. |

Childrens Church A group of Christian mothers hold childrens church service during the Sunday morning worship service. This enables parents to participate freely in the worship service. Christian educational exercises are conducted with the children and treats are also provided. |
| Senior Citizen Visitation Group This group conducts senior citizen home visitation and provides for the spiritual and natural needs of the senior citizens. The goal is to demonstrate the love and caring of our Savior Jesus Christ. |
| Prayer Warriors This group meets once a week and conducts a prayer meeting to renew the church spiritually through prayer and praise to God. Many people have been healed and delivered and God has answered many prayer requests. Prayer requests may be made by phone, letter or email. |
| Youth Department While they are clearly focused on Jesus, their activities include all types of wholesome fun filled activities. The young people are encouraged to sing, praise God, respect and love one another. This group is on the move. If you are looking for fun or excitement with a group of young people that love the Lord, this department is for you. |
| Gods Victorious Children This group of children ages 3-8 meets on a monthly basis to enjoy a variety of recreational activities. The goal is to provide wholesome fun for the children of the church. |
| Men of Principle This men's group serves as mentors for young male troubled teens. Its objective is to help them turn their lives around and to become productive citizens in the community. Christian principles are emphasized. Major Christian life themes are explored, and positive leadership and spiritual guidance are provided. |
| Christian Drama Department This group spreads the Christian message and the love of Christ by staging live Christian drama productions. In addition to many varied themes, this department provides a powerful message with its profound and realistic plays that speaks to the themes of today. These plays are always entertaining, spiritually edifying and reinforce biblical concepts to the audience. |
| Small Soldiers
This group of adolescents age 9-13 meet on a monthly basis and conduct a variety of recreational activities geared toward their age group. These activities are designed to provide wholesome recreation and spiritual guidance to enhance their self-esteem. The major objective is to train the adolescents in the way that they should go, so that when they are old they wont depart from the ways of Christ. |

| Christian Singles This Christian group meets on a regular basis to socialize and fellowship with other saved single Christians. Its activities are geared toward creating a more meaningful social life for the singles in the church and to provide a richer fellowship to strengthen their Christian walk. |
| Single Parents/Parents Without Partners Support Group This group meets on a monthly basis to lend support and comfort to Christian single parents. Employment and child raising information is shared during the meeting. Other pertinent topics are discussed and help is provided to those in need. The objective is to assist the single parents in their child raising activities and to demonstrate the love of Christ. The public is invited to attend. |
| Information Systems Computer Group This group of young professionals meet on a regular basis to maintain and expand the church computer programs. This group conducts computer classes for church members, maintain the church computer network, maintain the church web site and performs computer repairs and updates. The objective is to use the information highway to further the cause of Christ. |
| Saved With A Task (S.W.A.T) Team This group of Gate of Heaven Christians conducts door-to-door witnessing and street ministry to the unsaved, drug and alcohol dependent, and lost souls who have not had their sins forgiven by the blood of Jesus Christ. The objective is to go out into the highways and hedges and compel men and women to give their lives to Christ. |
Gate of Heaven Church sponsors an A.R.M.S. Ministry to
address the needs and issues of people who have alcohol, drug or chemical dependencies as well as
those who are in recovery. Individuals facing severe life challenges
can also benefit from this Ministry. Examples of other challenges
addressed by ARMS are single parenting, addictive emotional issues, and coping
skills. "Bridge Builders"
provide prayer and spiritual support to facilitate positive outcomes for
participants. A.R.M.S. is the place where burdens are lifted and troubled
souls find peace; a place where those who have fallen flat may rise and begin to
live the abundant life.
